Property Market Conditions, Charlotte NC

I was reading up on the market conditions for property in Charlotte NC.  It appears that things are going well.  One agent, Daniel Calkins, reports that he sold 1215 in June, with sales prices that were 97.77% of asking price.  The market looks good, and relatively low risk for buyers who are considering purchasing  Charlotte Luxury Homes.  From the reports I am reading, it seems that the market in the area is continuing to grow, even if it is not at a pace that we’d call “skyrocketing.”  Rather, we are seeing slow and steady growth.

Silver

If you have not thought of investing in silver before, you might want to start thinking about it now.  The time to buy is now.
